Meet Karla, our director of operations here at ADC. With an accounting degree, a Diploma in HR and an MBA under her belt, she brings a strategic rigour and an operational heartbeat to our clinic. Karla thrives on tidy systems, effective workflows and strong team culture because she knows that when the behind-the-scenes run smoothly, our clinic can offer the kind of care we all hope for.

Outside of clinic life, Karla is a mother of spirited boys and a devoted fitness lover, proving that perseverance, authenticity and strength aren’t just words but a way of life.
